About Ériu Designs
I am passionate about the beauty and mystique of Ireland's rich history and culture. My love of the natural landscape began at a young age, when I lived in County Donegal, then moving to County Armagh close to Lough Neagh. I have always loved the traditional 1700s cottages scattered about the Irish countryside, in which my grandparents and great grandparents would have lived in. Many of these cottages have been abandoned over time, left to fall and disappear forever. This inspired me to create little clay cottages in their likeness, so that others could have a piece of old Ireland in their homes.
