How quickly do you dispatch orders, and what shipping options do you offer?

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. During holiday periods this may take longer. We offer worldwide shipping options to cater to all our customers. Some areas may not be possible to deliver to- in this case we will contact you and refund you. 

What steps should I take if I'm not happy with my purchase?

If you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us withing 24 hours so that we can resolve the matter quickly. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Are there any exceptions to your return policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that are custom made/personalised, due to their unique nature.

What support do you offer for damaged or lost items during shipping?

In the case of damaged or lost items, please let us know withing 14 days of order. Proof may be required of any damage to the product. We will contact the delivery company to fully resolve the matter before a refund or replacement can be issued. Due to the handmade nature of our products a replacement of the item may not always be possible. 

What is your policy for returns and refunds?

You can return an unwanted item within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be returned to us in a new, unused condition, in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 working days upon receipt of the unwanted item in good order.
